    Individual Visit with Admissions

    Cardinal Stritch University has announced a Campus Re-Opening plan for Fall 2020 for more information please visit: stritch.edu/stritch-unstopped.  All school group or other large group (i.e. Boys and Girls Club, College Possible, etc.) campus visits continue to be suspended until further notice.

    Please select your preferred date to request either a Virtual Visit or an On Campus Visit.  You will be able to select a date and time below.  Please read through our Campus Visit Protocols below prior to scheduling your visit. 


    Campus Visit Protocols
    Guests will be required to register at the Welcome Desk upon arrival.  After providing your name, telephone number and that of your guest(s) a Temporary Visitor Badge will be provided. The Visitor Badge must be worn while on campus. 

    Visitor count will be limited to three (maximum) in the party. This is to include the visiting student, plus up to 2 guests. Guests must be over the age of 12. If you have small children or would like to include more individual please schedule a virtual visit.

    All guests should perform self-monitoring prior to their visit which includes asking the following questions:

    • Take your temperature. Do you have a fever of 100.4 or greater?
    • Do you have a new or worsening cough?
    • Do you have a new or worsening sore throat?
    • Are you having difficulty breathing or shortness of breath?
    • Are you experiencing a complete loss of taste/smell?
    • Do you have new or worsening chills or muscle aches?
    • Have you been in close contact (15 minutes or longer and less than 6 feet away) from someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
    • Have you traveled to a domestic CDC “hot zone” and/or an international destination within the last 14 days?

    If you answer YES to any of these questions, do NOT come to campus. Contact your admissions counselor and reschedule your visit as a virtual visit.

    All guests must enter at the Bonaventure Hall Welcome Desk.

    All guests and employees are required to wear masks when in public places on campus, should practice safe social distancing, and should be mindful of the importance of hand-washing and respiratory etiquette.  If you do not have access to a mask, Stritch will provide one for you.

    Restroom usage is restricted to facilities in the Union and on the first and second floors of Bonaventure Hall.

    Stritch staff will clean the meeting area and any shared items with disinfectants prior to the visit and following your departure.


     


    Preferred Visit Days - Admissions Counselors are on campus with limited availability following CDC guidelines. 
    If the preferred dates do not match your schedule please feel free to select the date that works best for you.

    If you are a traditional freshman student please choose a Monday, Wednesday or Friday visit.
    If you are a transfer student please choose a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday visit.
